FishEye Monitoring

FishEye provides two simple mechanisms for monitoring changes to your repositories – RSS feeds and Email Watches. Anybody can create a RSS feed and any logged in user can set up an email watch. Watch everything or very specific things, one directory, one branch, one author, or a whole repository.
Feeds

Email Watches

  • Real-time watches – get an email for every commit as soon as it happens
  • Daily summary – receive a changelog in your mail once a day
  • Customize – only receive emails for a specific branch, tag, or author

RSS Feeds

  • Monitor commits in your favorite RSS reader
  • Create multiple feeds to reduce noise, every day versus once in a while
  • Pre-authenticated feeds keep them secure but still work seamlessly with all RSS readers

Customization

  • Watch any directory in your repository, including or excluding it’s subdirectories
  • Constrain to a particular branch or tag
  • Get notifications just for one committer
  • Customize to any combination of path, branch, tag, and author
