Fast Review Setup

Reviews are a collection of artifacts from your Subversion, CVS, or Perforce repository. Usually diffs, full source, or images. You can create a review quickly in Crucible or in one click from FishEye.

Threaded Comments with Metrics

At the heart of a Crucible review are comments. You can comment at the review, file or line level. Comments can be marked as “defects” and metrics can be recorded. You can reply to other peoples comments and save your thoughts as drafts.

Workflow & Notification

Crucible reviews move through simple states Draft > [Approval >] Review > Summarize > Closed so you know where you are up to. Crucible has three roles, Author, Moderator, and Reviewer which have different responsibilities as the review progresses (custom workflow is planned post 1.0). Each user can choose how much they want Crucible to inform them by email. RSS feeds are coming soon (pre 1.0).
