Clover.NET 2.1.2714 Release

This is a maintenance release which includes the following fixes:

• Clover.NET now handles files encoded in UTF-16LE
• Solutions containing Visual J# projects no longer fail. The C# projects will be Clovered.
• Handle CloverSolution problem when no solution file is specified
• Reworked Installer – no longer requires WSH
• Resolve project references by name when project GUIDs do not match.
• History recordings are now aggregated, reducing memory requirements
