Common Questions
Can I purchase Online?
- Yes. Buy Now
- Note: online orders are processed by a third party, in the UK, so you may have to pay VAT if you are in Europe.
Can I purchase using a PO?
- Yes. Simply send us an official company purchase order. We will issue your license and invoice your company. See below for more details.
Our company doesn’t have POs can I purchase direct?
- Yes. Request a quote and send us your payment. We will issue your license as soon as we receive your payment. Be sure to identify your company or include the quote number with payment.
How is the license delivered and what are the shipping costs?
- When your purchase is processed appropriate licenses are added to your account. If you do not have an account one will be created for you. If the license should be issued to someone else, just include their details on your PO or with your online order.
Can I purchase maintenance?
- Yes, all products except Clover 1.x (see below) have separate maintenance. Maintenance entitles you to support and every release during the maintenance period.
My maintenance has expired, can I renew it?
- Yes, but it will be dated from when it expired. E.g. if your maintenance expired in June and it is now December, purchasing maintenance will only give you maintenance until June. Contact sales for more information.
I own a Clover license can I upgrade to the latest release?
- Clover 1.x licenses (even very old ones) entitle you to use the lastest Clover 1.x releases. You will not automatically get a free upgrade to Clover 2.
What about Clover 2?
- Clover 2 will have separate maintenance. If you purchase Clover 1.x in 2007 you will get Clover 2 for free.
How much is support?
- Clover 1.x includes online support in the purchase price. All other products include 12 months maintenance, which can be renewed.
Are there any taxes?
- If you are an Australian company purchasing offline (direct), GST will apply. You will need a quote in AUD.
- If you in Europe purchasing online VAT may apply (credit cards are processed by a UK company).
- In all other cases no tax will be collected by Cenqua. If your country applies a local tax that is in addition to the quoted prices.
When will I receive my license?
- Your license key(s) will be issued within 2 Australian business days of either an online purchase or receipt of a purchase order.
- You will be notified via email when the order has been processed. Please keep in mind that we are located in Sydney, Australia, which is GMT+10. Please do not hesitate to contact sales if you have ordered and not received your license.
Can I be invoiced in a currency other than US dollars?
- Yes, you can request a quote in AUD, EUR, or GBP.
Can I upgrade my license?
- Yes. We can give you a full credit for previous purchases when you purchase another product in the same family or equal or greater value. Contact sales for a quote.
I need some forms completed in order to purchase.
- Send them to sales@cenqua.com and we will get them back to you asap.
- Note that we will only supply basic company information. We do not release financial information, customer lists, or provide references or guarantees as a matter of course.
My US company requires an IRS form such as a W8 or W9.
- Cenqua is an Australian Proprietary Limited Corporation that does not provide services in the US. The only IRS form that we can provide is a W8-BEN.

Offline Purchasing Process
You can purchase direct from Cenqua with a cheque or electronic funds transfer. Roughly the following process will be followed:
- Request a quote
- Fax or email an official company purchase order (including end user details). Alternatively you can post a cheque or transfer funds, for timely processing ensure you email the details of your payment when you send it.
- We send an invoice and issue license keys to you or a nominated person.
- Send payment via cheque or telegraphic transfer.
